ORDERS |
You can place your order online or by sending an order form in the postal
mail with a check or money order.

TO PLACE AN ORDER:

Select the item you want
to purchase and place it in your shopping basket by clicking on the BUY
button. If you wish to add more items to your basket, click the link that
says CONTINUE SHOPPING, and you will come back to the last page you visited.
At any time, you can click on the shopping basket at the top of the page to
see what's in your basket or to begin the checkout process.

When you are ready to
check out, click the shopping basket at the top of the page (if you are not
already at the checkout page.) Check the items in your basket and if you
wish to order more of an item, change the quantity next to the item, then
click the RECALCULATE button on the checkout page to update the totals.
Select the appropriate shipping option for your location, USA or Australia,
to add shipping charges to your order. (Canadian customers should call to
place an order.)

Click the GO TO PAYMENTS
button and then enter your billing and shipping details. Click on CONTINUE
to enter your method of payment, and then follow the instructions on the
screen. If you choose to pay using PayPal, you will be taken to PayPal to
make your payment, and then returned to my web site. If you choose to pay
via postal mail, be sure to go to click the link in the cart to go to the Order Form, fill it out and send it
with your payment (I will have your online order and will hold the items you
ordered until your payment arrives.)

Orders shipped to
addresses in Texas will be charged 7.5% sales tax. The shopping cart will
automatically add sales tax to your order when you enter a Texas shipping
address.

SHIPPING |
I ship twice a week usually on
Tuesday and Friday.
If you order overdyed wool that is not currently in my stock, I will overdye the
wool for your order, so it might take a bit longer to ship, but usually within 5 days.
I ship all orders via USPS
Priority Mail (USA) or Global Priority (Australia.) |

RETURNS |
If you must return an
item, please email me first. When returning the item, include the item, the original shipping receipt, and a copy of the
e-mail. Ship these items to me in the original
carton with its original packing.

Insure all
return packages. If an uninsured item is lost or arrives damaged, I cannot
issue you a refund.
I must receive the item
within 10 days after our email; the item must be in the same
condition as sent. I will inspect the returned item and issue your
refund. Sorry, I cannot refund your shipping and insurance
costs.
